Refund Policy for Wet Phone Wizard
Wet Phone Wizard offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and unopened with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect the item immediately. If it is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item, please contact us right away so that we can address the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite the exchange process, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
